Shipping is free and we ship worldwide.
Please allow us 2-3 business days to process and ship your order. During busier periods, please allow us up to 5 business days.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your order after it ships.
Approximate shipping times are as follows:

- CA - 8-12 business days
- UK - 5-9 business days
- EU - 7-12 business days

- ASIA - 8-10 business days
- Rest of the world - 10-25 business days
Please double-check your shipping information after your order has been placed. Suzushii will not be responsible for undelivered or lost orders due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Your package may or may not require a signature. Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided. However, it is up to the delivery driver to decide if the package is safe to be left or not. If the driver deems it unsafe to leave the package, the driver will hold the package at a local post office or re-schedule another delivery. Our best recommendation is to input a shipping address where you know your or someone else will be available to accept the package (a work address or a friend's address).
