Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide and shipping is free for all destinations.

 

After placing your order, please allow 1 to 3 business days to process your order. During busier periods, please allow us up to 5 business days.

 

Once your order is shipped, you will immediately receive an email with your tracking information. Sometimes couriers take a few days to update tracking information.

Estimated delivery times once your package leaves the warehouse:

 

USA - 7-9 business days
UK - 5-10 business days
AUS - 6-10 business days
EU - 6-12 business days
CA - 6-15 business days
ASIA - 5-10 business days
REST OF WORLD - 9-21 business days

 

     *Hawaii, Guam and Remote Areas may take longer ~20 business days.

     

    There may be delays due to external factors that are out of our control (ie. weather, courier delays, weekends, holidays, etc).

     

    We try our best to get your package to you in a safe and timely manner.

     

    Failed Delivery

     

    Please double-check your shipping information after your order has been placed. We are not responsible for undelivered or lost orders due to incorrect shipping address.

     

    To avoid failed deliveries, please ensure that your shipping information is accurate and up-to-date. Also, try to be available on the estimated delivery date, or arrange for someone else to receive the package on your behalf.

    • Additional Fees: Please be aware that if the failed delivery is due to circumstances within your control (such as incorrect address provided, unavailability to receive the package, etc.), there may be additional fees for re-delivery. These fees are imposed by the courier service to cover the extra handling and transportation costs.
