Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • You have 30 days from delivery date to request a return or exchange.
  • Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days from delivery date.
  • Your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

 

SIZE/COLOR CHANGES

Email us at support@suzushiiclothing.com for size and color changes as soon as possible. Once your order is fulfilled, changes cannot be made anymore. 

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations are not possible once order is processed.

 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please contact us immediately at support@suzushiiclothing.com to report any damage, defects, or incorrect items received. Include clear pictures of the issue and the packaging with its label. Our customer service team will review your claim and respond with a satisfactory solution.

 

RETURNS

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

 

A refund for the returned items will be processed once we receive your return package.

 

There are some situations where only partial refunds can be guaranteed if applicable. For example, any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons beyond our control.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your package to reach us may vary.

 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

    If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact us right away. Additionally, reach out to the shipping company to file a claim.
