WHAT IS THE RETURN PERIOD?

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the time your order has been delivered. If 30 days have gone by from the time your item(s) arrived, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return or exchange. 

 

HOW CAN I EXCHANGE/RETURN MY ORDER?

Exchanges for a new size can be made upon request. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Pictures of the exchanged or returned item(s) will be requested prior to the process. Please contact us at support@suzushiiclothing.com for instructions on how to begin your refund or exchange.

 

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED, FAULTY, WRONG ITEM(S)

Please contact us immediately at support@suzushiiclothing.com by specifying the damage, defect, or wrong item(s) received and also include clear pictures to support your claim. A picture of the packaging with its shipping label is also needed. Our customer service team will look into your complaints and get back to you with a satisfactory solution.

 

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING COST?

Yes, all customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs. We recommend sending your return with a tracked option via USPS, UPS or FedEx insured parcel so we can keep track of your order. Suzushii will not be responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Note: Please indicate "RETURN, NO DUTIES" on the package, otherwise the package may be returned back to you.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

A refund will be issued to your original method of payment once your return has been received and inspected by our team. Please note that some financial institutions might take 3-5 business days to process and complete your refund.
